We are the Hinckley Fencing Club, a welcoming and lighthearted environment for both beginners and experienced fencers. Practicing Foil, Epee and Sabre with regular competitions there is something for everyone.

First established in 1965, the Hinckley Fencing Club is one of the oldest Fencing clubs in Leicestershire. We are a small but active community made up of both male and female Fencers from all age groups.

Since restarting in May 2022 following the pandemic, we currently have around 20 active members, 3 of whom are BFA certified coaches providing ample opportunity for group and 1:1 coaching. Sessions run from 7-9pm on Tuesday evenings, please fill out an enquiry form if you are interested in coming along.

Our last intake of beginner fencers have now established themselves as core members of the club. We wish to continue our upward path and are looking for both budding new fencers and old hats alike.

Beyond fencing, we have a strong social side to the club, with various events occurring through out the year and frequenting the local pubs to wind down following a well fought session.

The club meets at Green Towers Youth Centre on Tuesday evenings from 7pm-9pm. Fees are £7 per session for experienced Fencers. Please see the Get in to Fencing tab for beginner pricing.
